Unless you have already changed your timing belt recently, you may be due for a new timing belt although I do not know at what interval Honda recommends to change it at. With changing the timing belt, generally changing the water pump is recommended too. The rule of thumb for timing belts is 60k-70k miles but it really depends on the manufacturer.
