yea, they squeak also. either they are happy or hungry. when they make clicks, they are usually upset or stressed. all guinea pigs do is eat, poop, and piss. i think its pretty normal that they pee a lot.
i also think that guinea pigs are much more social than hamsters. they actually respond do things you do. these pigs are kept in the kitchen, so everytime someone opens the veggie crisper in the fridge, they stand on their hind legs and squeak. or if you open a plastic bag, like the bag we keep the hay or pellets in, they start hoping around.
they even recognize the chime that the alarm does when someone opens the front door. they are cool.
