hopefully you have a helms manual at hand when you tear apart your tranny (taking the casing off and replacing the synchro's) I just recently tore apart my ITR tranny, takes me like 45 minutes to pull it out completely, then from there installed the JDM Final Drive, which means stripping the countershaft completely and putting all the other gears, synchro's..on the other. And this can NOT be done without a good manual (i.e.: Helms or another like what the dealers use, and haynes nor chilton will work, unless its JUST for a honda tranny) because there is certain things that need to be lined up and such. But good luck with your project, let us know how it turns out.
