We both agree that SR's do work and but both don't agree on if they are worth it or not. So let's leave it at that and let whoever's buying make the call.

As for the $60K, congratulations, that's a really good starting salary. For me, I'd love to engineer for Honda even if they paid me $50-60 for the rest of my career, b/c I am that passionate about cars, at the same time, I hope to move up whereever I work. A friend of mine(cs major) and I are planning to partner up and invest into something later and hopefully if that goes through, the $50K salary shouldn't matter as much.
