I have an EP3 that I use as a daily driver.
It's a fine little car.
At the time I bought mine, friends also bought two others, and all three of them were $16,000. For $16,000 it's an awesome car. For the $20,000 list, you could probably find nicer cars.
An economical little handling improvement is to find the RSX Type S swaybars. This will give you a thicker bar in the back and a thinner one in the front. It improves the character of the car and does make it more fun in the corners.
The Mugen Sport Suspension is also a fine addition, but a bit costlier at around $1100, IIRC.

I can recommend it.
