Best thing to do is go close to the end of a sales day at the end of the month. Like an hour before they close when you are ready to buy. They're usually more willing to break a good deal to get their sales figures up for the end of the month. End of the year is the best time tho because they really want to push as much cars off the lot to boost annual sales and make room for the following model year.
