If you wanna have the most fun for the cheapest price, get some nice springs and shocks (coilovers would be even better), nice tires (Kuhmo Ecsta MXs are cheap performers), axxis brake pads and brembo rotors w/ SS brake lines, comptech rear tie and sway bar, intake, header, high-flow cat, exhaust, and if you can afford it, a Quaife LSD... you'd be awesomely set
From there you can spend your money on engine work and a turbo, but that'll be a pretty penny.
