Please do us and yourself a favour and tell us more about your car. Ground Controls are a good buy and when you intelligently research the spring rates, it can give you what you want for hundreds of dollars less than an expensive coilover suspension.

However, it depends on the car.

On my DC2 ITR, I have Ground Controls and revalved Koni Yellows. 500# rear and 400# front. It works great and is still quite streetable.

However, on my EP3 Si, I tried Ground Controls because we were going to use it as an instructor car at the last ITR Expo at Beaverun. It was a miserable failure, and I ended up spending $1000 on the Mugen Sport Suspension for the EP3.

The Mugen Sport Suspenson on the EP3 is clearly much, much more advanced and suitable on the EP3.

However, I see no reason to go with anything more expensive on the ITR unless we go up on the Ground Control spring rates this season.

It might be a good idea for you to ask your question again in the marque forums here, where you can get advice from people who've used the suspensions on exactly the car that you have.
