This is a recurring problem with many Honda cars. I had it happen to the CRX and to the '96 Civic HB, when I still had that car. The CRX MAIN relay is virtually identical to all of the newer ones. Seems that someone designed the circuit borad with several large openings for the relay terminals to seat in-those are the ones that crack the solder since the terminal cannot be bent over tight to the board. You can resolder all of the connections-use solder wick to remove old solder and then redo using electronics solder. Or just go to the dealer and pay ~$50 like I did and then you will have a spare <G>.
