K, sorry for being the newb.

Where's a good site to look at Honda Motors and their HP ratings (and pricing).

Basically, could I get a B16 (the one with 170hp) and then boost it later? What all would I have to do to it in order to 'safely' boost it? What are the steps and prices..?
