I'm sure the v2 has much moe significant gains in other applications. The v2 was definately not designed for our f23 since we can't benefit much from a better intake. There are cars that do get a justyfiable gain. You can take one engine and add a few bolt ons to it and get significant power and then in another engine it will barely make a differeance. The f23 is one of those don't barely make a differance.
