B16 head on the B20 block is actually the preferred setup for the CRVTEC changeover and isquite common because of the raise in compression level. As for how high it puts your compression I am not entirely sure but I believe it puts it at 10:1....I may be wrong on this but I seem to remember this being the number it came up with.
