i got a question,im under the impression that i have an si tranny in my 88 dx hatch.the guy who i bought it from sed he had the motor rebuilt but he didnt say anything about the tranny, i red line at 35mph@4,000 rpm 2nd gear i can take it up to 60,and 3rd i imagine 90-100 "i got 2 points on my record and cant risk it right now" but my clutch is about to go so,thats the end of that. so is this the charactristics of a si tranny..
