Assuming you removed the GS-R engine and replaced it with a B20, all the VTEC related wiring and such should still be there, just unpluged since theren't nothing on a B20 to plug it into. If your intending to swap over the GS-R head and use the GS-R computer, you should be able to just plug everything back in. You may need to figure out something for the knock sensor (B20 won't have one, GS-R computer will be looking for one) but most everything else should be the same.
