I have been very happy with the ultimates. They dust a bit, but the stopping power is greatly improved. Drilled or slotted rotors are much more difficult to turn, drilled prone to cracking. Your money would be better spent on the braided lines , like from Goodridge and on upgraded fluid(Higher boiling point). Of course, if you are drag racing, you only have to make one stop in arow and this might all be overkill
