I just used my stock lugs off my '98 EX with my Kosei's, minus one for a set of parts store wheel locks. I was going to get a set of custom lugs/locks for mine someday but I probably never will. If I remember correctly, the parts store had a set of 4 locking lugs and 12 regular conical lugs for sale as well. That's probably the best option.
If the wheels are brand new, I suggest you go back and retorque the lugs every 100-200 miles for the first month or so. Sometimes they can work themselves loose when the material is still new.
