I filed on the 10th, I'm receiving $700+ back, but I havn't gotten it yet. I know, I got about 5 more days before I should start looking around nervously for my money.
I'm also waiting for my $263.00 check from the California Department of Motor Vehicles, for paying more in registration fee's than I should have. Thank you Arnold!
