H22 requires custom mounts, (custom axles?) I'm not a big fan of it.
That swap you were looking at from hmotorsonline is going to have a cable tranny, you need a hydro to make your life easiest.

Go with a same generation motor as you have to make your life easiest OBD2B. Other generations aren't hard, but you have to do some wires here and there.

I dunno, if you blew a 99 motor, buy something cheap, cause it sounds like you wail on them.
