I have a 93 honda accord, I got new projector headlights put on them, jdm blacks (I know there the ebay kind, but I still like them). Well I just got new bulbs (eurolite xenon super plasma h3 bulbs). Well the projectors are all out of line, So I am aiming them at the wall, adjusting the projector and all of a suden the fuse goes out and the high beams come on dim and the projector I was adjusting goes out, so I put another fuse in and again the fuse goes out when adjusting. Well I have had the lights for a couple of days now and they have not blown.

Has anyone had this problem? What do I do? Can I fix anything?
