A T3 is waaaaaaaay too much turbo for that motor. You wouldn't spool it worth crap! :

You'd do ok with a Greddy 15G kit. The exhaust manifold will bolt up, the only problem you will have is with the intake manifold because the B7 and the Z6 position the TB differently. I'm selling a Z6 head right now that would allow you to make a mini-me out of your B7. h:

If you don't want to do that, I'm also selling a JDM D15B intake that will work or even a Z6 manifold that will work.

You could probably run about 6 psi safely. The rods in a B7 are just really thin so...
