If you have the sulpher/rotten egg smell most of the time it means the cat is bad. They weird thing on ur case it should have been a new one. You might have gotten a lemon Cat Convertor. Keep fighting, and i would say go tell the Dealer that you will picket, most of the time they will work with you, b/c they dont want the bad publicity.
