I encountered the same problem of smelling sulpher/rotten eggs in my new Accord. After reading this website, I brought the car into Honda dealer and they replaced the catalytic converter at no charge. I have not smelled the sulpher smell since.
Perhaps more importantly, the engine is running better! Previously when I tried to accelerate quickly, there was a "lag" for about a half second after depressing the gas pedal in which the car would hesitate before accelerating. After replacing the cat, the response time is much quicker and that sickening lag is gone!
