yea I used a Dyno jet, Im not following what u said about ur cat back causing a loss in HP so can u explain it a little more?. I would like to get cam gears but i dont really feel like spending money to get them installed now when im going to have to get Cam shafts installed later.

Anyways, you likely don't need an FPR at this point, IMO cam gears will suit you more. Since you should be using the cam gears and the vafc for tuning now, make sure that either yourself or the tuner at the shop has an idea of how to tune the car.
For tuning for a certain AFR, put the wideband sensor in front of the cat....
Oh and I'm betting the dyno he used was a dynojet which is also what I used. My car put down 152 with just the CAI.
