I've also heard of quite a few ignitors going out lately. I'm sure its just a coincidence but yeah. Anywho, some companys do use the parts that are still good in the reman distributors. They just go through and do tests on all the parts and replace the bad ones. But some companys replace all parts that are prone to failure. You should be able to find a old ignitor for pretty cheap. If not, I have one i'll sale
