Are you getting oil on just the ceramic side or both the ceramic and spark. If it's just on the ceramic side then it's you valve cover seals, just replace them the valve cover kit usually comes with the cover seal and the spark plug seals; but if it's the spark end that's got oil on it then you're looking at a possible HG. Anyway make sure you change the plugs and wires out also.
