Well first, I don't think an Accord sedan would be a 15-year-old kid's first choice. Second, as I said in my first post, I don't think anyone--even a newly-licensed teenager--would be so hard up for a car that they'd pay anywhere near whatever his ideal asking price is or take over the $370/month payments. He'd therefore have to resort to letting the car go for waaaaay less, which likely wouldn't get him clear of the loan. Therefore, although he'll have gotten rid of the car, financially he'll still be facked.
Guess in this dude's case, I can only see the glass as half empty.
