Yes. Your stock manifold is replaced by a turbo manifold that bolts to the engine and turbo and then by the downpipe that bolts together the turbo and exhaust system.

Engine>Turbo Manifold>@Turbo>Downpipe>Cat+exhaust system>atmosphere

and on the fresh air intake side:

Air filter>@Turbo>Intercooler>Blow Off valve>Intake manifold>Engine
