Anyone know where to get a good set of halo fog lights?

I'm looking so a set similar to the ones found on the new Mazda 6, 3, and RX8's, around the same size, round, but unlike the Mazda’s, with halos in them.

The only ones I’ve seen so far with halos have a bluish tint to them... I'm looking for white or preferably super whites.
