I'm assuming you have a DV camcorder though? Hrm... if your camcorder allows pass-through DV conversion, you can plug your camcorder into the 1394 port and run the video out to a VCR.

If it doesn't, then the other option is to copy it to DV tape then to VHS, but that will take a while...
