Noy sure but I have GSR rears and EX fronts. I got the kit for the EX w/ rear disc and no ABS and everything fit fine. The front lines were angled coming off of the banjo and I needed it to be straight but it still worked. I just had to have the angle kick out away from the caliper because the other way around would cause it to press against the caliper too much.
Anyhow, I think the main difference between a DX or an EX is the size of the fronts rotor and caliper but the banjo fitting is the same size and should work just fine. I'll post pics of my kit so you can get an idea.
