I was driving home today in the rain and i noticed upon acceleration that my car started jittering...the RPM's were going up a bit then goes back down, even when stepping on the gas...Scared a bit i let go, letting it ease around 20mph...I didnt think much of it cause 2 weeks ago it it happened during a small drizzle... I have a CAI but i have the Bypass valve...I know it only helps if submerged but i was hitting puddles left and right by accident.... The jitter came and went like 2 or 3 times then when i got home i turned the car off and back on and it's running fine...I check out the fliter for the intake and it's SOAKING wet...when i turned it off. water was gushing back out the filter...

I was just wondering if this will kill my engine.. I'm scared to turn the car back on....it was raining hard but not until i was ready to come home ...i knew i shouldnt have drove my car..
