is it bolt 16 form the pic? As far as I remember it had a nut on one end. U can try drilling it out but its a huge bolt. When I had a bolt break on me on my sway bar bracket I took one of those drill bits for worn out screw heads and i just kept drilling and drilling until the bit seased up in the bolt and screwed it out.
