Actually, hold on... I found another, more serious issue.

Forget about offset... I just checked my files for the reciept on my rims.. and I think you might have a problem...

My 5Zigens are 16 x7", outfitted with 205/45 ZR16 tires.
They are about as wide as you'd want to run on the street IMO.

A 15 x 8" rim is going to look rediculous with a 215/55 R15 tire.
What's more, these MOMOs may be physically too deep to fit on your DC Integra. There's a possibility that if you try to fit them on, the backside of the rim will smack into the steering knuckle in front, and the trailing-arms in the back.

I'd look for a 15x7 or 16x7 that came off a DC Integra to begin with.
