Two simple questions that will help me answer your questions:

1) Do you know the model and manufacturer of the wheel you intend to buy?
2) If the wheels you are considering are used, what make / model/ year of vehicle did they come off of?

The market is flooded with an enormous number of cheap, cast steel wheels that are poorly built and look awful. I can help you avoid making a poor choice if you can answer these questions.
