The BEST way to do it, since you seem to want the best is to implant OEM xenon projectors. In my opinion, the best I have seen and driven behind are the Honda S2000 projectors. Buy a set of S2k lamps, remove the projectors and get them implanted in your headlamps. Use 4100K Philips D2S bulbs.

Bright white light on the ground and very visually attactive blue/purple cutoff band for everyone else to see. Great PERFORMANCE - AND - serious BLING.

You will get multiple different opinions, but thats mine. If you want the BEST, use the BEST equipment.
