Actually, this is a little ghetto but if you buy a straight section of 1 1/8" coolant hose and chop it short, you can put it on the radiator and then slip the 1 1/4" hose over it.
Again, be generous with your hose clamps to prevent leaks. I'd use the screw type instead of the OEM squeezies. That way you can ensure it's nice n' tight.
BTW, that tiny little stock VX radiator may have some issues cooling the b18b if it's the same as my CX radiator was (which I think it is). Might want to upgrade to a beefier unit, even if it's just the OEM SI radiator or an Integra radiator.
ok, i have already tried resizing the hose and the 1 1/8 will not fit. i already have a radiator for a 94 del sol w/ b16a and its connections do not fix my problem. i have not looked at integra radiators wut im pritty sure that they wont just bold up to my civic. so i think i am going to have to just use the screw clamps. appreciate the reply and if any one can give me some more tips it is greatly appreciated( prefrable about teg radiators). :cheers:
