No, it has the same tranny. Different front suspension and ATTS is it's own system. It stands for Active Torque Transfer System, and it uses hydraulic pressure to transfer torque from the wheel with the least to the wheel with the most.... It is NOT traction control, but I've heard it does work. I tried a Type SH when I was looking and didn't feel the 3k price difference was justafiable for return in performance. You have to really press it hard in the corners, and I guess it gives you rear wheel drive handling.
