lol who cares if she's 19 w/ an is300...those things are slow as molasses :rofl: and not even considered a "luxury" car.

anyway, since the driver's friend took down her insurance info, they will more than likely make an insurance claim though. Personally I think that is stupid, especially if your deductable is say, 500 bucks. Making pussy claims to your insurance company, even if it isn't your fault, pisses them off, but since they will be reporting to YOUR (her, I should say) insurance company, not only will she have to pocket out the 300 for hers, her insurance company will have to cover the 600 (assuming she has full coverage) and get a rate hike.

The ins. rate will most likely go up...especially if her parents aren't on the plan, she's 19, and has an IS.

Just tell her to tell her parents...they will find out eventually.
