if i remember correctly since the accident was never reported its like it never happened to the insurance company. So unless someone reports to accident then your rates should stay the same. Same goes with her record. Like i rear ended a odyssey last year, long story and the guy reported it to the insurance company. Even tho my name wasn't on the insurance policy the rate still went up and a point was added to my record... so yea 5 years till it gets taken off.. :upset:
