I would look at doing the starter, alt, blower motor, all the hoses if you haven't yet, as well as all the belts, fluids (including power steering, tranny, brake, cooling) You may also want to consider doing the brake hoses, struts and mounts, tierod ends, PCV valve, plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Get your valves adjusted and also get an alignment done.
Basically go through the owners manual and do everything it says. It gives you a pretty in-depth list of what to do at various miles.
Lastly, check the air pressure in your spare tire. You may have one, but is it full?
