Replace it all.. Hondas usally can rack up some pritty hi miles without problems..I once had a 94 accourd I used to run from state to state.. I gave it to a friend of mine with over 400,000 miles. He thought he was the shit but he blew it up in a few days by over reving and not proper care for a car with that many miles..But I would say go for the obvious and replace all the standard stuff.
