Built motor = Edelbrock or Apexi kit. That's the only way I could feasibly spend that kind of money for the "performance" of the dual ball-bearing turbos. The Edelbrock is more expensive than the Apex'i (discontinued), but not by much and it comes with a LOT of extras that would help on a nice built setup.
Greddy = awesome deal for the everyday driver, frequent track-goer. I've had my 15G kit on for over 2 years and love it. If I built the motor, I would go with a custom setup where I could select every detail. Of course, my custom setup would run more than a kit
