Buddy has 2002 LX commuter ride that had to have 1+2 replaced at about 35 k miles, then again at 60 k(including new case) now at 80 k it is starting to make noise and pop oout of 1+2 again. Is this a common issue with these vehicles, tried a search to no avail. He will probably get it fixed before the extended warranty goes then dump it, but he was expecting multiple hundereds of thousands of trouble free miles like all the other hondas he has had
