This past Saturday I paint matched my door handles, side moldings, side skirts, mirrors and rear wing. And I'll give you some tips. Take your time, have a whole day set aside to do this. I let an hour between coats and did about 8 coats of paint with 3 or 4 coats of clear. I did not use primer but I sanded down every thing with 400 grit and then 2000 grit sand paper and then cleaned the pieces. I masked everything off that wasn't being painted, I used about a weeks worth of newpaper and 6 rolls of masking tape, I wasn't skimping on the masking. Spary light coats, not heavy cause it WILL end up looking like sh!t. Lastly, have enought paint. I ran out and my driver's side side moldings and side skirts are lacking paint, the paint is there just not enough, so you can still see the black a bit but I'll fix that when I get some more cash.
