LT1's have lots of potential. With a cam, and bolt-ons they will run into the 12's.

Ls1's are a different can of worms and you'd have to do 12's to gaurentee a win. With mods 12's and 11's are not out of reach. Truely a shocking power plant. Its almost as if they took a 400hp engine, and put the most restrictive exhaust system they could on it, choking it till it sat in the 13's. Scary stuff. Almost like Dr. Suess here.
