Crown Vic: 1:19 PWR

Now this obviously doesn't account for gear ratios, driver, suspension condition, etc. Now this was just a quick calculation and technically torque is what wins races, not HP, so read into it how you may. The Vic wins on paper, but it might be a whole different situation on the track.
