Engines with below 100,000 km have nothing to worry about. Regardless, the LS engine is very strong and durable, which certainly helps.
If your compression test and leakdown results turn out good without signs of your rings becoming bad, then I wouldn't worry about turbo charging or higher boost on a supercharger. The disadvantage would be that small things would probably start going wrong... have to replace hoses here and there, maybe some seals or a headgasket, usual maintenance things.
