ok, i've search already and i remember reading it somewhere in here... but the search don't come up with it.

what is needed for rear disc brake conversion? and also, does anyone know where i might be able to find on in the bay area? i've checked EBAY but nothing came up. i want to do this mod... but only thing i am nervous about is making sure i got all the parts needed, and also running the brake lines and disconnecting the e-brake lines. any special tools needed?

sorry if this may seem like a repeating post... i am just hoping someone can do a compiled list of parts needed so i can print it an add it to my collection of how to's folder. hopefully this weekend i'll be able to get a rear disc... if someone can point me to the right directions?
