I am a very strong believer in One Time Pads... quite possibly one of the best security standards. Data is encrypted with a perfect random number generation. But the only flaw is that the sender and reciever needs to have that random number list and the chances of generating perfect random numbers on both the sender and reciever side that match is very difficult if not impossible.
