I did this procedure sometime last year and I have a 2002 Accord SE and mine was yellow, not gray. Maybe it's different in a 2000 but I'm pretty sure that the same gen accord would have the same wiring but don't quote me on that.

Rocky, the pics in the link you provided are for a 5th gen (maybe, looks like a lot of diff gens on that page) so yours will look a little different. The plug is located on the drivers side right under the steering wheel. My accord has two yellow plugs there and the correct one to do the reset procedure on is the smaller of the two plugs (it's not wrapped in that yellow wire wrapping though). The plug looks just like the one in the pics from this site

but, again, that accord is a 5th gen so your plug will be plugged into something (fuse box maybe) and not have a plug cover on it. I hope this helps. When I did mine there was a website that has reset instructions for a 6th gen with pics and everything. It made doing my reset very easy but I can't find it anymore. If I do find it I'll post the link here.
